家长 & 家庭 Programs (PFP) at California State University, 长滩 is excited your student has decided to join the Beach 家庭. We recognize the vital role parents, family members, and supporters play in fostering your student's successful transition to life at The Beach. The next few years will be an exciting and transformative time in your student’s educational journey.
Under the 新学生 & 家庭 Programs (NSFP) umbrella, 家长 & 家庭 Programs offers a range of 项目 and events designed to help you become an ally to your student as they find academic, social and personal success. These 项目 includes 家长 & 家庭 Orientation, Beach 家庭 Portal, Virtual Fireside Chats, and events hosted throughout the year. We aim to provide you with 资源, 服务、事件及 项目 that keep families connected and informed about the university and your student's college experience.

Mission Statement
The mission of 家长 & 家庭 Programs is to connect parents, family members, and supporters to the university in support of your studentʼs academic and social transition to California State University, 长滩. This is achieved by providing access to key information and 资源 that inform and empower you to guide your student during their journey at the university.
